Store your unopened jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and always use a clean, dry spoon.

Why is there oil on top of my spread?

Some oil separation can naturally occur. Simply give your spread a good stir before using it.

Will the spread become firmer in the fridge?

Yes. Because of the ingredients in the spread, the texture can become firmer when chilled. Let it sit at room temperature briefly before using and give it a good stir for a softer consistency.
